Description

This was my sort of trade with :iconwolfsheepsoup: to adopt fuss in exchange. 
I would guess this is a pre-glitter Fuss, on her way to meet King Rhidochrosit. And in that walk Conch had suggested to wow her when introducing herself. which lead to the glitter chaos.
